Tickets
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Merchandise Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your merchandise to request a return, in accordance with the European Union's cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with tags.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Returns are accepted for any reason within the 14-day period, but especially if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To start a return, please contact us at info@antwerpoutlanders.be. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your merchandise upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to contact us about the return. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
